To make the chicken wings:
1. Put all of the marinade ingredients (not the chicken) into a blender and blend until smooth (add a little water if necessary)

2. Put the chicken wings into a bag along with the marinade and shake until the wings are completely coated
3. Leave in the bag for 30 minutes
4. Preheat the oven to 180 C (350F) and line a baking tray with foil
5. Take the wings out of the bag and place onto the tray and bake for 15 minutes, then turn the chicken wings over and return to the oven for a further 15 minutes
To make the carrots:
1. Take a large piece of foil and place the carrots in the middle
