Ingredients

Olive Oil
Atlantic Cod
Red Pepper Flakes (Chili Flakes)
Whole Grain Bread
Garlic
Avocado Oil
Mixed Salad Leaves
Ground Black Pepper
1. Add some chilli flakes to both sides of fish, Add the prepared fish to a frying pan heated with oil and then cook for 2 – 3 minutes on each side with a medium-high heat. Take the pan off the heat and keep warm.
 
2. Toast the wholegrain bread. 
 
3. Rub the garlic halves onto toast and then cover with a teaspoon of avocado oil. 
 
4. Now add on top the waiting fish and salad. Cover with rest of avocado oil and season with ground black pepper.
