Ingredients

Oats
Almond Milk
Sultanas
Syrups, maple
Ground Allspice
Seeds, sunflower seed kernels, dried
Pumpkin Seeds
Seeds, flaxseed
1. Put the oats and almond milk into a small saucepan and place on the hob over a medium heat. 

2. After 2 minutes, add the allspice and maple syrup and stir well. Continue to cook for a further 2 minutes. 
  
3. Mix in the sultanas and seeds. Continue to cook for 1 minute.  
  
4. Pour into a bowl and enjoy!
