Salmon, chinook, smoked
Avocado
Black Pepper

Preparation
1. Beat eggs and water in a small bowl. 
  
2. Dice the smoked salmon and avocado.

Cooking
1. Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat, add beaten eggs and diced salmon and cook while stirring continuously until eggs are soft and fluffy. 
  
2. Transfer scrambled eggs on a serving plate, sprinkle with a dash of ground black pepper, top with sliced avocado and chopped chives just before serving.
