Ingredients

| Soy Sauce (reduced salt) | |
| Pork Loin (boneless) | |

| Seeds, Sesame whole, dried | |

1. Cook vegetables and rice according to package instructions.
2. In a small bowl, combine the soy sauce and sesame oil. Add the pork, coat well and marinate for 5 to 10 minutes. Remove and coat pork with the sesame seeds.
3. Spray frying pan with olive oil and heat over medium heat. Add pork and cook for 5-6 minutes until golden. Turn over, cover pan and remove from heat. Leave for 5 minutes to cook through. Remove and diagonally slice pork.
4. Serve with rice and vegetables.
