Ingredients

Salad Dressing, Lemon Vinaigrette
Brown Sugar
salmon, pink
Soy Sauce (Low Sodium)
Mixed Salad Leaves
1. In a small bowl, combine the brown sugar and soy sauce.   

2. In a hot pan, sear the salmon and brush with the soy sauce mixture at last minute of cooking.   

3. Serve salmon with salad and drizzle with vinaigrette.
