Ingredients
| Lamb, leg, sirloin chops, boneless | |
| Feta Cheese | |
| Plain Yogurt (low fat) | |
| Mixed Salad Leaves | |
| Tomatoes, Red, Ripe | |
| Paste, Fresh Chili | |
| Olive Oil |
Preparation
1. Roughly dice lamb steak.
2. Crumble the feta cheese.
3. Chop tomato.
Cooking
1. Heat oil in a non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat. Add lamb and sauté until cooked.
2. In a small bowl, prepare the dressing by combining the yogurt, feta cheese and chili paste.
3. To make the salad, in a serving bowl, combine the tomatoes and salad greens.
4. Serve the lamb on top of the salad and drizzle with dressing.
