Ingredients

Spaghetti
Olive Oil
Fish, Sea Bass, Mixed Species
Broccoli, stalks
Kale
Cherry Tomatoes
Red Chilli Pepper
1. Roughly slice red chilli and be careful with seeds if require milder taste. Cut bigger broccoli stalks in half lengthways. Remove thick stalks from kale. 
 
2. Prepare a large saucepan of salted water to the boil. 
 
3. Add the spaghetti to the saucepan and cook for 2 minutes less than the time on the packet instructions. 
 
4. At same time heat the oil in a frying pan over a medium heat. Season the sea bass with salt and pepper. When the oil is hot, place the fillets in the pan, skin side down, and fry for 2–3 minutes. 
 
5. Flip the fish over, take the pan off the heat and leave the fish to cook in the residual heat for 2 minutes. 
 
6. Then take sea bass out of the pan, and peel off and discard the skin. 
 
7. When the spaghetti is almost cooked add in all the vegetables and simmer with the pasta for 2 minutes. Drain the pasta and vegetables in a sieve or similar. 
 
8. Take the pan used to fry the sea bass and place it back over a medium to high heat. Now add in the spaghetti and vegetables and season with salt and pepper. Mix everything together thoroughly for 1 minute. 
 
9. Spoon the spaghetti and vegetables into a shallow bowl, then flake over the sea bass in large chunks and top this off with sliced chilli to taste.
