Ingredients

Fish, Sea Bass, Mixed Species
Carrot
Broccoli florets
Lemon Juice
Dried Parsley
1. Pre-heat the oven to 200 C (390F).

2. Cut the carrot into disks or batons. 

3. Boil some water in a saucepan. Add the broccoli and carrots and boil for 20-25 minutes, then drain using a sieve.

4. Sprinkle the parsley and drizzle over lemon juice over the fish, then wrap in foil and place in the oven to bake for 20 minutes.

5. Serve the fish alongside the broccoli and carrots.
