Ingredients

Fish, Sea Bass, Mixed Species
Broccoli florets
Beans, Green French Style
Lemon Juice
Dried Parsley
1. Pre-heat the oven to 200 C (390 F).

2. Boil some water in a saucepan. Add the broccoli and green beans and boil for 20 minutes, then drain using a sieve.

3. Sprinkle the parsley and drizzle over lemon juice over the fish, then wrap in foil and place in the oven to bake for 20 minutes.

4. Serve the fish alongside the broccoli and green beans.
