Turkey Sausage
Egg White(s)
Green Onions/Spring Onions or Scallions (including tops and bulb)
Cooking Spray Olive Oil
1. Preheat the oven to 180 C (350 F) and spray 3 holes of a muffin tin with cooking oil

2. Divide the sausage into 3 portions and place each portion into the muffin tin, push down to make a crust for the egg to bake in

3. Put the egg whites into each sausage crust and top with a pinch of salt and pepper, and a few slices of green onion

4. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes
