Preparation
1 Peel and section orange.
2 Slice strawberries.
3 Place fruit in a bowl for salad.
Cooking
1. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat, add sausage and cook. Remove and slice into 1/2-inch pieces.
2. Add the egg whites to the same pan, season with salt and pepper and scramble.
3. Serve eggs with sausages and the fruit salad as a side dish.
