Ingredients

Peanut Oil
Peas and carrots, frozen
peanut butter, chunk style, without salt
Sweet Chili Sauce
Stir-fry Vegetable Mix (frozen)
Chicken Breast
Water
Noodles (straight to wok)

Preparation  
1 Cut the chicken into strips.

Cooking  
 1. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and stir-fry for about 4 minutes. 

 2. Microwave the frozen vegetables 5 to 6 minutes with a covered plastic wrap. 

 3. Add the noodles and vegetables to the pan with chicken and stir-fry for a few minutes. 

 4. To make the satay sauce, in a small bowl, combine the chilli sauce and peanut butter and water, add to the pan and cook for a further minute. 

 5. Serve in a bowl.
