Ingredients

Salmon Fillets
Baby Spinach
Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
1. Pre-heat the oven to 200 C (390 F)

2. Season the salmon with a little salt and pepper. Wrap in foil and place in the oven to bake for 20 minutes.

3. Lay the spinach out on a plate. Cut the tomatoes into halves and place on top of the spinach. Serve the salmon on the side.
