Ingredients

Salmon Fillets
Basmati Rice
Beans, Green French Style
1. Pre-heat the oven to 200 C (390F).

2. Cook rice according to packet instructions.

3. Season the salmon fillet with a little black pepper. Wrap in foil and place in the oven to bake for 20 minutes.

4. Boil some water in a saucepan. Add the green beans and cook for 20 minutes before draining.

5. Serve the salmon on a plate alongside the rice and green beans.
