Ingredients

Salmon Fillets
New Potatoes
Broccoli
Beans, Green French Style
1. Pre-heat the oven to 200 C (390F).

2. Boil the potatoes in a saucepan of lightly salted water for 20 minutes or until tender.

3. Season the salmon fillet with a little black pepper, then wrap in foil and place in the oven to bake for 20 minutes.

4. Boil some water in another saucepan and boil the broccoli and green beans for 10 minutes. 

5. Drain the potatoes, broccoli and green beans and serve on a plate alongside the salmon fillet.
