Salmon Fillets
Beans, Green French Style
Avocado
1. Preheat the oven to 200 C (390F).

2. Season the salmon fillet with a little black pepper. Wrap in foil and place in the oven to bake for 20 minutes.

3. Boil some water in a saucepan. Add the green beans and cook for 20 minutes, then drain and season with salt and pepper.

4. Slice the avocado and serve alongside the salmon and green beans.
