Preparation

2. Season the salmon fillet with a little black pepper, then wrap in foil and place in the oven to bake for 20 minutes.
3. To make the mashed potato, drain the potatoes from the water, add the creme fraiche and a pinch of salt and pepper, then mash the potatoes.
4. Drain broccoli and serve on a plate alongside the salmon fillet and mashed potatoes.
