Ingredients

Salmon, Atlantic, wild
Carrot
Broccoli florets
Sauce, Sweet Chilli
1. Pre-heat the oven to 200 C (390F).

2. Wrap the salmon in foil and place in the oven to bake for 20 minutes.

3. Cut the carrots into slices. 

4. Boil some water in a saucepan. Add the carrots and broccoli and boil for 10 minutes, then drain using a sieve.

5. Serve the salmon on a plate alongside the carrots and broccoli. Drizzle over the sweet chilli sauce.
