Ingredients
| Salmon, Atlantic, wild | |
| Iceberg Lettuce | |
| Cucumber | |
| Tomatoes, Red, Ripe | |
| Sauce, Sweet Chilli | 
1. Pre-heat the oven to 200 C (390F).
2. Wrap the salmon in foil and place in the oven to bake for 20 minutes.
3. Slice the cherry tomatoes in half. 
4. Place all of the salad vegetables in a bowl.
5. Serve the salmon on top of the salad and drizzle over the sweet chilli sauce.
