Ingredients

Salmon Fillets
Sweet Potato
Romaine Lettuce
Red Onion
Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
1. Pre-heat the oven to 200 C (390F).

2. Prick the potato with a fork or knife several times, then place in the microwave for 8 minutes. 

3. Place the potato on the top shelf of the oven to bake for 45 minutes.

4. Wrap the salmon fillet in foil and place in the oven to bake for 20 minutes.

5. Serve the salmon and baked potato on a plate alongside the lettuce, tomatoes and red onion.
