Sweet Potato

1. Pre-heat the oven to 200 C (390F).

2. Prick the potato with a fork or knife several times, then place in the microwave for 8 minutes. 

3. Place the potato on the top shelf of the oven to bake for 45 minutes.

4. Wrap the salmon fillet in foil and place in the oven to bake for 20 minutes.

5. Boil some water in a saucepan. Add the broccoli and green beans, boil for 10 minutes, then drain using a sieve.

6. Serve the salmon and baked potato on a plate alongside the broccoli and green beans.
