Balsamic Vinegar | |
Black Olives | |
Red Bell Pepper (capsicum) | |
Mixed Salad Leaves | |

Preparation
1. Preheat grill to high.
2. Chop the red pepper and tomato.
3. Halve olives.
Cooking
1. Brush salmon with olive on both sides and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
2. Place on a baking sheet and grill for 4-5 minutes each side until cooked and flaky.
3. Arrange the mixed salad, peppers, olives and tomato on a plate.
4. Serve the fish on top of the salad and drizzle the balsamic vinegar over the top.
