Ingredients

Ribeye Steak
Wild Mushrooms
Coconut Oil
Coconut milk (liquid expressed from grated meat and water)
Ground Black Pepper
Umami Paste
1. Prepare steak by having it at room temperature for 10-15 minutes. Mix the steak thoroughly with some of the coconut oil. Then season with salt and pepper. 

2. Prepare frying pan with coconut oil (keep some oil back for later) using a high heat. Fry on high heat for 2-4 minutes, when starts getting brown turn over and cook for a further 2 – 4 minutes. 

3. Decrease heat to medium and continue to cook for further 4 minutes, rare, 7 minutes medium, and longer for well done. 

4. Take the steak out of pan and allow it to rest in a warm place for 5-7 minutes. 

5. At the same time the steak is resting. Heat the rest of the coconut oil in pan and add chopped mushrooms. Cook on medium heat for 5 minutes. Add the umami paste and mix in thoroughly. Add coconut milk and mix thoroughly. Cook for one more minute and take off heat. 

6. Plate steak and top with the prepared mushroom sauce.
