Whole Grain Bread
Hummus, commercial
Red Bell Pepper (capsicum)
1. Put the bread into a toaster or grill and toast until golden brown. 
   
2. Spread the hummus evenly over the toast. Finely slice the red pepper and place on top of the hummus.
