Ingredients

Red Cabbage
Apple(s)
Blue Cheese
Walnuts
Walnut Oil
Rice Wine Vinegar
Apricot(s)
1. Wash then thinly grate the cabbage. Wash and medium grate the apple. Cut the apricot into small slices. Crumble the blue cheese. 

2. Create a dressing by mixing together walnut oil, wine vinegar, salt and pepper in a bowl. 

3. Add both the cabbage and apple to a separate bowl. 

4. Add the dressing over the apple and cabbage salad. 

5. Add the cheese and walnuts to the salad and then top with sliced apricot. Mix thoroughly and serve.
