Ingredients

Olive Oil
Onion
Green Bell Pepper (capsicum)
Ground Turkey (fat free)
Chili Powder
Cumin Powder
Garlic
Chopped Tomatoes (canned)
Kidney beans (canned)
Mozzarella Cheese (part skim milk)
Preparation
1. Chop garlic and onion. 
  
2. Deseed and chop pepper. 
  
3. Rinse/drain kidney beans.

Cooking
1. Heat oil in a large sauté pan over medium heat. Add the onions, green pepper and sauté for 5 minutes until onion are soft. 
  
2. Add the turkey and break up meat with a wooden spoon. Cook for 3-4 minutes until cooked through. 
  
3. Add the chili powder, cumin, salt, and garlic and continue to cook 2 minutes. Stir half a cup of water, tomatoes and kidney beans, and simmer for 20-25. 
  
4. Serve in a bowl and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
