Ingredients

Rye Bread
Hummus, commercial
Mixed Salad Leaves
Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
Beetroot, cooked
Yellow Bell Pepper (capsicum)
1. Spread the hummus on one side of each slice of rye bread. 
 
2. Layer the salad leaves, tomato, beetroot and pepper onto two slices of the bread on top of the hummus. 
 
3. Place the other slice of bread on top and press down to make two sandwiches.
