Soy Milk
Weider Vegan Protein (pea and rice)

1. Freeze the bananas and berries for at least 4 hours.

2. Place the bananas, berries, milk, and protein powder into a food processor or blender. Blend until smooth.

3. Pour/scoop into a bowl and top with the walnuts, seeds and oats.
