Ingredients

Banana(s)
Whey Protein Concentrate (80%)
Egg(s)
Oats
Coconut Oil
Blueberries
Raspberries
Greek Yogurt (whole milk)
1. Mix roughly chopped banana, protein powder (choose vanilla flavour), egg and oats in a blender. 
 
2. Heat half the coconut oil in a frying pan using a medium heat. 
 
3. Pour amounts of the blender mix into small pools in the pan. Cook for about 1 minute on each side. 
 
4. Transfer pancakes to waiting plate and repeat the process with the rest of the mixture. 
 
5. Serve with yogurt and berries to taste.
