Almond Milk
Whey Protein Concentrate (80%)
Banana(s)
Oats
Syrups, maple
Peanut butter, smooth, reduced fat
Mixed Nuts
1. In a mixing bowl, combine the oats, protein powder, maple syrup and almond milk, then leave to soak overnight or at least 4 hours

2. After the oats have soaked, cut the banana in half and place in a bowl

3. Put the oat mixture between the banana halves

4. Then, top with the nuts (chopped) and drizzle over the peanut butter
