Ingredients

Ginger
Sesame Oil
Onion
Garlic
Vegetable Oil
Teriyaki Sauce
Bok Choi/Pak Choi/Chinese Cabbage raw
Prawns
Chili Peppers
Preparation
1. Chop onion. 

2. Finely chop garlic and ginger. 

3. Shred bok choy. 

Cooking
1. Heat sesame/vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. 

2. Add onion, garlic, ginger, chilli and sauté for 1-2 minutes. 

3. Add prawns, and cook continuously stirring for 1-2 minutes until prawns are cooked and pink. 

4. Stir in the bok choy, teriyaki sauce and sauté for a final 30 seconds. 

5. Plate and serve immediately.
