Milk (1% fat)
Peanut butter, smooth, reduced fat
Dark Chocolate (70%)
Egg White(s)
Cheddar Cheese
Method for the porridge:
1. Place the oats in a bowl with the milk and place in the microwave for 1 1/2 minutes.

2. Add the peanut butter and dark chocolate on top.

Method for the egg whites:
1. Heat a non-stick frying pan over a medium heat (use cooking spray if desired).

2. Add the egg whites and cook for 2 minutes.

3. Add the cheese on top.
