Ingredients

Fish, pollock, Atlantic
Broccoli florets
Beans, Green French Style
Lemon Juice
1. Pre-heat the oven to 200 C (390 F).

2. Boil some water in a saucepan. Add the broccoli and green beans and boil for 20 minutes, then drain using a sieve.

3. Season the fish with some black pepper and drizzle over lemon juice, then wrap in foil and place in the oven to bake for 18 minutes.

4. Serve the fish alongside the broccoli and green beans.
