Ingredients

Chopped Tomatoes (canned)
Garlic
Red Onion
Canola Oil
Turkey Breast Ground
Basil Leaves
Penne Pasta
Preparation
1. Thinly slice the onion. Crush the garlic.

Cooking
  1. Heat canola oil in a small non-stick skillet and saute the onions. 

  2. Add crushed garlic and saute for a few seconds more. 

  3. Add ground turkey and saute until brown. 

  4. Add diced tomatoes and enough water if you want more sauce. 

  5. Meanwhile, cook penne in boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside. 

  6. Add fresh basil to the sauce before turning off the heat. 

  7. Place cooked pasta on a serving plate, top with sauce.
