Ingredients

Whole Milk (3.25% milk fat)
peanut butter, chunk style, without salt
Whey Protein Concentrate (80%)
1. Mix the milk, peanut butter and protein powder together

2. Heat in a saucepan over a medium heat for 3-4 minutes

3. Pour into a container and place in the freezer for at least 30 minutes before consuming
