Ingredients

Oats
Almond Milk
Banana(s)
Soy Protein Isolate
Peanut butter, smooth, reduced fat
1. Mash the banana, then place into a bowl with the milk, mix well

2. Add the oats along with 1/2 cup of water and mix well

3. Place in the microwave and cook for 2-3 minutes

4. Stir in the protein powder and drizzle the peanut butter over the top
