Ingredients

Pasta Shells
Tomato products, canned, sauce, with onions
Mozzarella Cheese (part skim milk)
Baby Spinach
Cherry Tomatoes
1. Cook the pasta in boiling water for 10-12 minutes. 

2. Drain the pasta using a sieve, then place back into the saucepan along with the tomato sauce. Gently heat over a low heat.

3. Serve the pasta in a bowl or a plate with the mozzarella torn over the top and the baby spinach and cherry tomatoes on the side.
