Ingredients

Chicken Breast
Sweet Potato
Broccoli
Beans, Green French Style
Olive Oil
Sweet Smoked Paprika
Preparation
1. Pre-heat the oven to 200 C (390 F).

2. Peel the sweet potato and chop into small chunks.

Cooking
1. Coat the chicken in 1 tsp of olive oil and the paprika. Wrap up in foil and place in the oven to bake for 35 minutes.

2. Boil some water in a medium size saucepan. Add the sweet potato chunks and boil for 25 minutes.

3. Boil some water in another saucepan and add the broccoli and green beans. Boil for 20 minutes, then drain.

4. Drain the sweet potatoes, add a pinch of salt (optional) and pepper, then mash using the back of a fork.

5. Serve the chicken on a plate alongside the sweet potato mash and greens.
