Ingredients

Asparagus
Pancetta
Coconut Oil
Black Pepper
1. Prepare by preheating oven to 200C (390 F). Remove woody ends from asparagus spears. 

2.  Add asparagus to a bowl and mix thoroughly with coconut oil and season with black pepper and salt (optional). 
 
3. Wrap each asparagus in a slice of Pancetta. Then place on a rack in the prepared oven and bake for 20-25 minutes. Plate and serve.
