Ingredients

Wheat flour, white, all-purpose
Sugars, granulated
Vegetable Oil
Table Salt
Soymilk (All flavors), enhanced
Ground Cinnamon
Baking Soda
  1.  Lightly mix (so they are just combined) all ingredients in a bowl. 
  2.  Allow mixture to rest for 3 to 5 minutes. 
  3.  Then fold the mixture onto itself two or three times. 
  4.  Cook on a greased griddle or similar using a medium high heat until appear golden. Then plate.
