- Lightly mix (so they are just combined) all ingredients in a bowl.
- Allow mixture to rest for 3 to 5 minutes.
- Then fold the mixture onto itself two or three times.
- Cook on a greased griddle or similar using a medium high heat until appear golden. Then plate.
