Ingredients

Salmon, Atlantic, wild
Olive Oil
1. Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat. 

2. Place the salmon into the oil with the skin side facing upwards and cook until the fresh side is golden brown. Turn and cook the skin until lightly brown. 

3. Remove the salmon from the skillet, allow any oil remaining to drain. 

4. Remove the skin from the salmon. Fry the skin off until in crisp in the oil for a further 2-3 minutes. Serve with the salmon.
