Ingredients

Chicken Breast
Mushrooms
Yellow Bell Pepper (capsicum)
Olive Oil
Fish, Sauce
Peanut Butter, Smooth Style, With Salt
Red Pepper Flakes (Chili Flakes)
Preparation
1. Cut the chicken into bite size chunks

2. Slice the mushrooms and pepper

Method
1. Cook the pasta according to packet instructions

2. Heat the olive oil in a wok over a medium heat, then add the chicken and cook for 3 minutes

3. Add the peppers and mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes

4. In a small bowl, mix together the fish sauce, peanut butter and chili flakes, then pour into the wok

5. Simmer for 3-4 minutes, then mix in the cooked pasta before serving
