Ingredients

Marmalade, orange
Apple Cider Vinegar
Sweet Potato
Olive Oil
Chicken Drumstick
Almond Flour
1. Preheat the oven to 200 C (390 F)

2. In a bowl, whisk the marmalade and vinegar together

3. On a foil lined baking tray, brush the potatoes with olive oil

4. Season the chicken with salt (optional) and pepper, toss in the almond flour, and brush with the orange sauce

5. Place the chicken on the baking tray with the potatoes and cook in the oven for 20 minutes

6. Take out of the oven, turn over the chicken and brush again with the orange sauce

7. Place back in the oven to cook for 20 minutes

8. Serve with the remaining orange sauce drizzled over the top
