Black Olives
Mushrooms
Red Bell Pepper (capsicum)
Onion

Preparation
1. Dice bell peppers, mushrooms and black olives. 

2. Beat eggs in a small bowl.

Cooking
1. Heat the skillet and melt butter. 

2. Saute vegetables in butter until tender. 

3. Add eggs and cook until done.
