Ingredients

Peanut butter, smooth, reduced fat
Apple(s)
Banana(s)
English muffins, mixed-grain (includes granola)
1. Spread peanut butter onto each muffin half. (Muffins can be cold or toasted). 
 
2. Use banana flesh only and slice. Apples should be sliced with skin left on. 
 
3. Then top muffin halves with apple and banana and serve.
