Preparations

2. Halve the tomatoes.
3. Peel/finely dice the garlic.
4. Slice the mozzarella in half (one for the burger and the other for the salad).
5. Shred the lettuce.
Cooking Instructions
1. Place the mince into a mixing bowl with the garlic, mustard and oregano. Sprinkle over a pinch of salt (optional) and pepper and mix everything together. Place the mozzarella in the middle of one of the patties and top with the other patty, then pinch the edges together to seal.

2. Coat the burger in half a tablespoon of olive oil and place under the grill. Cook for about 4 minutes on each side. Remove and set aside.
3. Slice the ciabatta in half lengthways and lightly toast under the grill for a minute on each side.
4. To make the salad, in a bowl, add the lettuce and tear up the basil leaves. Add the tomatoes and gently mix to combine before drizzling over half a tablespoon of olive oil and a pinch of salt (optional) and pepper. Tear and scatter the remaining mozzarella over the top.
5. Serve the burger with the salad on the side.
