Ingredients

Wholegrain Barley Wrap
Red Bell Pepper (capsicum)
Guacamole
Onion
Mushrooms
Olive Oil
Salsa (mild)
Garlic
Fajita Seasoning
1. Heat the oil in a pan over a medium-high heat. Add the peppers and onions. Cook for 10 minutes and stir regularly. 
 
2. Add the mushrooms, garlic and fajita seasoning and cook for a further 10 minutes. 
   
3. Scoop a bit of guacamole and salsa onto each wrap and place the vegetables on top. Carefully wrap and serve.
