Preparation
1. Peel the sweet potato and chop into small chunks.

Cooking
1. Boil some water in a medium size saucepan. Add the sweet potato chunks and boil for 25 minutes.

3. Drain the sweet potatoes, add a pinch of salt (optional) and pepper, then mash using the back of a fork.
4. To heat the beans, place in a microwave proof dish and microwave for 2 minutes. Season with salt (optional) and pepper.
5. Serve the beans on a plate alongside the sweet potato mash and green beans.
