Ingredients

Ground Beef (5% fat)
Black Beans (rinsed and drained)
Iceberg Lettuce
Sweetcorn
Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
Red Onion
Fajita Seasoning
1. Warm up a pan on the hob over a medium heat, and then add the mince, 1 tbsp of water and the fajita seasoning. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring regularly. Then add the black beans and continue to cook and stir for 3 minutes.

2. Slice the red onion and cut the cherry tomatoes in half.

3. Place the lettuce, tomato, onion and sweetcorn in a bowl, then add the mince and bean mixture on top. Season with salt (optional) and pepper.
